I am an Associate Professor in Statistics at the University of Southampton, UK. I am Director of EDI in the School of Mathematical Sciences, and Deputy Director of the Southampton Statistical Sciences Research Institute. I am an associate editor for Biometrika. I am the programme chair for the 2026 Royal Statistical Society conference.
